If you prefer to stay home but need groceries or other shopping necessities, make a Request in the app.

Write what you need in the short form and others will be able to accept to fulfill your Request
Someone accepts your Request
When matched, contact the helper to discuss delivery details, a budget, and delivery date/time
No additional costs
Upon delivery, reimburse the helper for the amount on the receipt for the goods on your Request
Guidelines and expectations
Fill in the Request form with public information. Any private details can be discussed directly with the helper once they accept the Request.
Upon delivery, you must reimburse the helper for what is on the receipt - with no extra delivery fees or charges. Do not pay the helper before the delivery has been made.
Payment is handled outside the app, so cash is expected. However, you can arrange with the helper to use an alternative trusted and secure payment service. Never give your credit/debit card info to the helper, or any other personal financial information.
Please use caution and kindness when interacting and communicating with others. You are responsible for your own safety. Do not share any sensitive personal information.
